Planned · V2–V3

Trading journals, execution-cost analytics and expanded research, exports and data access. Service limits and any paid plans will accompany each release.

The planned
buyback policy.

The planned policy puts product sustainability first. A share of positive cash surplus funds FLIP purchases and burns after the activation conditions are met.

  1. Product receiptsCollected terminal fees and future service subscriptions.
  2. Operating needsRefunds, rebates, referrals, costs, taxes and reserve replenishment.
  3. Positive surplus20% purchase-and-burn budget.
    80% retained for the business.

Conditions before activation

  • Three consecutive months of positive product operating cash flow.
  • Six months of budgeted operating costs in liquid reserves after the purchase.
  • Reviewed execution controls, legal review and a published activation notice.

No buybacks are active today. Zero or negative eligible surplus means no purchase. Creator fees are accounted for separately. The policy promises no price floor, fixed yield or minimum purchase.

The delivery record.

Implementation status as of 26 October 2026.
The white paper defines the design; this register records delivery.

V1 · Foundation

Terminal live

The website and Hyperliquid trading beta are available. Wallet connections and temporary trading sessions are implemented. The token launch remains pending.

A funded end-to-end trade has not been independently validated by the release process. Venue eligibility and trading risks apply.

V2 · Utility

Planned

Disclosed builder fees, verified FLIP membership, fee reductions, research tools, journal and revenue reporting. Graduated-token market research begins alongside these features.

Requires reviewed fee collection, complete execution verification, holder checks and service readiness.

V3 · Expansion

Research & planned

Advanced tools and data services, qualified custom-market pilots, broader participation and conditional buyback activation.

Custom markets depend on reliable pricing, liquidity and risk controls. Buybacks depend on the economic conditions, not a version number. No fixed delivery dates.

Understand what you hold.

FLIP is a planned utility token, not company equity or a claim on Hyperliquid revenue. Token prices can fall and liquidity can disappear. Holding FLIP may cost more through price losses than the benefits save. Planned features may change or be delayed; buybacks do not guarantee returns. Perpetual trading carries liquidation and infrastructure risks.
